Gyanodaya provides an excellent facility for the development of outdoor sports and activities. The school has various games and sports facilities with well maintained Football Ground, Swimming Pool, BMX Cycling Tracks, Outdoor Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, etc. The school children enjoy playing Football, Basketball, Table Tennis, Chess, Badminton, Track and Field Games, Swimming and more during the Games period. The students can learn about different sports and activities during Club hours which include Football Training Session, Basketball Training Session, Swimming Class, Cycling Class, etc.

The Games Department, equipped with each and every playing materials, consisting of experienced and educated Sports Instructors runs different specific training classes such as Football, Basketball, Swimming and Cycling in school for training the children and making School Teams in different events. The department is led by the Games Incharge Mr. Manish Lama.

Gyan Carnival organized every year in November is a great sporting festival where Basketball and Football Competitions are held between various reputed schools. The students from different schools can enjoy the competitive format of Basketball and Football. The Sports Fest is conducted every year in Chaitra which especially comprises of athletic and fun games where almost all the students from the school participate and show their skills. The children and even parents can enjoy 100 m Race, Sack Race, Spoon and Marble Race, Relay Race and many more during the Sports Fest.

Gyanodaya takes part in various outdoor sports activities to enhance the skills of the children. The participation in various competitions and tournaments like Football Tournament, Basketball Tournament, Chess Tourney, Swimming Competition, Marathon and others help to make the children more competitive and further they can develop as the national and international players or athlete in the future. The ultimate goal of Gyanodaya is to educate the students in every aspect of learning. We believe in ‘Learning through Fun’.
